Medical Aid Cancellation

I requested a cancellation of medical aid on the 10/09/2015. Interestingly discovery had cancelled my medical aid on the 11/09/2015. Best part is i was never notified. Until i went to a pharmacy to find out my medical is cancelled. So without any notification of the cancellation been approved or in process i was just removed. Im not sure on the notice period but this service left my family and myself without cover from the 11/09/2015 to 02/12/2015. Well this works via my company, never the less i should have been notified. Even my HR adviser had no clue. Discovery is good to take your money but service delivery is **** as hell!!!<br> In short get all the facts upfront. The *****'s sitting behind the desk selling for a commission dont give a **** about your or your family!!!!<br>
