Medical Aid Bill not paid for in-hospital patients

<p>I am highly disappointed that i get bills for co-payments when i am on the Comprehensive cover which is 100% cover for all my dependents. Now i get a statement stating that i need to still pay when both these patients slept in hospital for a few days and there was authorisation for the patients. Please advise now how is it that i pay every month for myself and all dependents on my medical aid but i still have to pay for patients that sleep in hospital???? i got an account for about R690 from a Netcare Hospital in Alberton - Union Hospital. i need clarity and for this to be rectified. This happens almost every month</p>
