Medical aid being withdrawn with NO DIAGNOSIS

Discovery Health has sent out a letter to my daughter that she has a pre -existing condition and she did not disclose, I did not know that constipation is a medical condition the Dr at the end of last year informed her that she might have IBS and wanted to do further testing because it has been painful We have been waiting for a auth. no because she is on Key Care and all of a sudden now the membership is being withdrawn because she did not disclose on point 7. is constipation a formal diagnosis? she has been on the medical aid for more than 10 years and went on her own capacity with a break of 4 months, not of fault of her own I am dumb founded. I am so upset I am not Discovery and so is my entire family we all will be moving. and the lady who spoke to my daughter was extremely rude Just another broken system I guess. I am actually very very upset I want to go to the Ombudsman but do I follow the correct process. I have read so many complaints and these people do what they want because they get away with everything they pay for nothing I have been on discovery for many years not with out issues I pay for most of my chronic medicine anyways. being constipated is not a diagnosis. They wanted to investigate the condition that is causing the constipation I am dumb founded she has been on and off for 2 years now she didn't disclose I am so upset I am probably not even making sense here.
