Medical Aid application

I work for a company that requires me to have medical aid and this is the one option i have. I have submitted more than two applications and they always come back with something missing which I send back but they end up taking forever to respond and by the time they do , im now required to do another reapplication.

So today just a few minutes ago I got an email saying my application is 90 days old how the **** do they let an application go for 90 days without any responce , no communication and your phone doesn't work and I thought this would be simple because this is an aggrement with my employment but no they still want me to keep applying , Im living in fear because iam not covered anything can happen to me at anytime WHO WILL BE BLAMED FOR THIS.I hope this isn't because im a young black woman .
