Medical aid

I had called Jade from Claims department at Discovery. We were busy on a conversation but unfortunately we got cut off. Tried calling him with several times and left messagesbut he never responds. I find this dispicable service. In the mean time I now blacklisted. Would prefer speaking to the manager of claims department as this is an urgent matter.
