Medical aid

I am a pensioner and was informed that my medical aid will increase from R1, 500 to R3, 400 per month from January. I cannot get ahold of anyone on the phone lines after 32 minutes holding on for a cosultant the line went dead tried again and again a few times on different days the same situation also tried the whatsapp facility and no luck. I cannot afford this type of increase. My balance in my bank account is not enough for the increased amount and my debit order will not be able to go through on thr 2nd. Hence me trying to call them. My bank is going to charge me service fees for the dwbit order that cannot go through. I need to speak to an consultant urgent and dont know anymore what to to. It's sad that a giant corporate like discovery takes advantage of their clients by just sending an sms with this new increase and their service to their clients doesn't warrant any increase
