Medical Aid ****

I am so disappointed as I have received a horrible service with Discovery health. Last in in October I logged a query regarding a Hospitalization claim charged from my medical savings. I recieved feedback that the matter is been looked into and the reversals will be made to date that has not happened . This year again another Hospitalization claim is made from my Medical savings and what makes matters worse my funds are depleted and I cannot use the Medical aid due to the problem I believe is not of my own doing.
