Medica aid refund

I cancelled my medical aid because I changed employers last year in December. First of all they wanted me to pay a subscription a month after I cancelled my membership fortunately my employer was paying 100% of the medical aid because it's a big company like them the collection of subscription just varnished. Now I make a claim do the outstanding amount on my classic saver, they told me it will be paid after four months because someone might claim from it fair enough. Now four months later they sending me from pillar to post when they have to payout my claim. My banking details need to be changed I sent the an application of a change on the 11th of April 2016. They say their email system was down for 7 days but when I sent the email I got a reference number and aknowledgement of my E-mail from Denise moodley.
