Medial aid claim dispute
I have been querying a claim which I havent been paid for yet since August 2023 and till date discovery has been making me run around in circles. I have emailed and called numerous times and still not resolved. The agents at the dispute office make promises and fail to adhere. The turn around time for resolving matters says its 30 it can take around 30 days so I can't seem to understand how a simple claim can take 4 months.
Discovery has now become a nightmare to deal with!
