Medi Express & Dis Chem *********** service and staff

To whom it may concern

I would like to make a Formal complaint, regarding an issue that has been carry on for over a year .

My partner and I receive medication on monthly basis . Medi express is responsible processing and out sourcing it through DIS Chem .

Since joing Discovery 2 years ago , we have instructed Medi express to” ONLY “ have delivery done to our house .

Monday – Wednesday- Friday .

See that on the other day there is NO - one at home .

EVERY month when its delivery time , I receive message from ********** saying delivery will happen on Tuesday .

The exact thing happen today Tuesday 14 Nov 2017 . I called this number ********** just after 8 am telling the agent . Over and over, that they should read the notes.

As they should not deliver .

But only as per instructions .

I even send a SMS AS WELL to 44370

Believe it or not after I received a message saying driver tried to deliver , -No body home .

I called again the call center again on Tuesday , spoke to Team leader Brandon .

I explained the issue again , he said that they did instruct for the deliver not to happen . But yet it did.

Previous month when I called call centre again , I was told Medi express did make the notes .

The delivery company told me , they don’t see !!! these notes.

I , m totally fed up with this *********** people .

Get your act together, if u can’t read . Find another job .

I don’t ! want to hear sorry from Discovery . Medi express and Dis chem represent you .

As the courier company is Pathetic.

I mean this issue has been going on for over a year , every month .
