Medexpress service at Discovery

I ordered medicine Through Medexpress. I ticked all the medicine that got on my script not realising that discovery has changed my blood pressure medication with another name. When i got the medication i saw it was the wrong medicine. Medexpress said i ordered the medication and they cant replace it with the one on my script. I had to pay R160 for the right medicine. Now this month I Changed the medication back to what was on the script originally and will collect it as every month. They send my medication to the Holiday resort where is was the previous year in December On Holiday. You cant contact them on phone or okn the app. They just give you options on the app of things that I dont want. When you try to phone them they give you option to press but no medexpress Then they explain in detail what Discovery have on offer and it take about 20 minutes to eventualy speak to someone that dont work at medexpress. He give you a ref. no and say they will call you back in 2 hours time. In the end the phonecall cost you more than the medicine . After I filed another complain on the app They eventually phoned me to tell me i must get the medicine at the holiday resort 700 km away. It look like discovery is running Medexpress them self now and not Medexpress any more. I am still without my Cronic medication
