Medexpress risking lives with chronic med delivery problems
MedExpress pharmacy (Discovery med aid) has no contactable phone number, the whatsapp bot sends you in loops and after a while you are back to square one. Discovery’s site is a nightmare with the unhelpful bot pretending to try and help you. Been days without chronic medicine - 2 telephone operators have been sending me from pillar to post this morning.
