Med Xpress Medicine Order System

The New Prescribed Chronic Medication order system with MED XPRESS is to say the least ****!!! been on the phone nearly 50 mins and still cannot order medication as the script was first not found and then not captured correctly...someone with no logic obviously thought that combining a job that thousands of Pharmacies facilitated all over the country, into one place, is the cleverest idea ever!!!. <br> <br> Well its not clever its utter stupidity and someone with no brain thought it will be clever for every single script that has either 1 or 6 months left , has to be collected and scanned by the policy holder and needs to be recaptured...<br> <br> This system has failed before and let me tell you ...this is not going to work....<br> How about phasing it in....when you need a new script...load it.....now everyone has to jump because of some members on a board thought its a good idea to centralise a system that can obviously not handle the demand!<br> <br> Another thing is \apologising for the inconvenience"to wait is also not going to fix a thing!<br> """
