Med aid savings payout

I called and requested for my savings payout on the 5th of January, 7 Jan finance called to confirm my bank details, 12 Jan I follow up, was told it was proceed on the 9th should reflect in my account on the 12 Jan, which it didn’t. Today the 13, I called again and I am told it was only processed this today. I am so frustrated because I was told on the 5th of Jan that it will be processed within 72 hours. At this point no one is willing to assist, they keep changing the SLA. What a huge disappointment.
