MED-AID CARDS SENT VIA POST OFFICE

Since April i requested my new med-aid cards. It is now 5 months later and I'm still told bed time stories each time i follow up. the last communication i got was that the cards would be couriered, it's now over a week and i'm still told bed time stories. courier my cards immediately! i pay you exorbitant fees as it is with no excuses! an organisation of your magnitude shouldn't be this pathetic
