<p>On 28 June 2016 I was admitted at Mhlanga Hospital for a procedure that was performed by Dr Naidoo. An anaesthetic account by Dr Mahabeer with practice number ********** was short paid and declined as PMB account. Dr Mahabeer submitted a motivation for PMB adjudication but still not fully paid.</p> <p> </p> <p>According to the copy of motivation I received the service provider quoted that the procedure is a PMB with code of 31K and according to the medical schemes act (ACT 131 of 1998) legally requires the medical aid to pay in full.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist as Discover has to the authorisation that was granted to the Medical Advisor for PMB adjudication.
