Maybe Discovery will answer?

I cancelled my Discovery Health in July 2015. November 2015 I am sent text messages from a collection agency threatening legal action. First joke is that their debt collection agency never answer the phones. Then I phone Discovery Medical Aid and apparently I owe Discovery Medical Aid money because I terminated my SAVER CORE scheme and there is no longer funds in in????? I have no idea what that means. However dear Discovery, your SAVER PLAN was money that I accumulated in the medical plan and when you did not cover something it was declined. When I cancelled my policy I was in the credit with my SAVER PLAN! Why would you confirm cancellation and confirm zero outstanding funds then months later without notification you threaten arrest and legal action? Tsk tsk Discovery
