Maximum turnaround time exceeded on a claim dispute with ZERO effort to make contact!

I have not heard back from an appeal/dispute for a claim. The turnaround time is stipulated as 30 days MAX! (which is ridiculous in itself). My dispute was promptly lodged on May 14.
