matter of life and death

Good day <br> <br> I have issues with my medical aid and how claims are being handled, end Nov i started having this lump on my back and it is slowly going big,i went to hospital and the Dr told me its lipoma and he has to cut it or else it will keep getting bigger, he sent a request for authorisation to Discovery on the 20th Jan,they then asked him to send through a PMA form and told him that they will respond within 7 working days, then 7 days later they sent me an email saying my claim has been declined because they Dr did not send a PMA form,but when i followed up with the Dr did send it on the 21st Jan,i then contacted Discovery directly and they told me that they did not receive the form which I then requested from the Dr and resent it to them,Now they are telling me that there is no claim under my name and that I should resubmit everything and that could take 2 to 3 working days, I have a lump on my back growing DAILY, am i suppose to die before i get help?
