Maternity claims being taken from medical savings account

For the past 4 months discovery has been paying out my maternity claims from my medical savings account instead of my maternity benefit. 36 weeks pregnant and am near to the end of my pregnancy and 80% of my costs have been claimed from my medical savings. This has been such an inconvenience, I have contacted discovery a number of times and been advised different by various consultants all of whom have promised to escalate this matter further yet its months later and none of my claims have been sorted. My medical savings continue to deplete and I will have no medical savings by the time I give birth.
