Maternity charged under MSA

I've activated my pregnancy benefits however I am being charged for my consultation with the gyne and blood test from my MSA instead of the pregnancy scheme, being charged close to R2000 for gyne and close to a R1000 for blood test, can someone please explain why is this happening
