Maternity benefits taken from savings

This complaint is with regards to our savings that was taken for benefits that should been paid from the maternity benefits. I have called multiple times since beginning of aug. With our plan we got 8 gynecologist visits under the maternity benefit. Our 7th one was in July however this was taken from our savings and not the maternity benefits. I was advised that this will be fixed but till this day its not. This had now resulted in me owing the dr money as it has not been paid by the medical aid. My wife also had to refill her prescription and our GP also charged us R450 as the savings was depleted. I want this fixed by latest Wednesday if failing to do so i will look for a different medical aid. We also wanted to down grade out plans or change it as its ridiculous paying +-R900 for an infant 4700 monthly is just to much for me
