Maternity benefits not paid

I registered my maternity benefits. It says you are covered for a blood test to confirm pregnancy. I went to the Dr and they sent me for the blood test. Now I get the account saying I am not covered for the blood test?

How can this be? Is every maternity claim going to be this difficult?
