Maternity Benefits Headache

As my previous complaint via the call center was unresolved less than a month ago, I'm unfortunately not reverting back to them.

A NIPT was done as part of our maternity benefits, however it was deducted from our MSA, which shouldn't be the case.

Kindly assist in rectifying this.
