Maternity benefit sh*t show

Today 17th of August 2020, telephone Enquiry number ***, I spoke to Nolwazi - quite the breath of fresh air this consultant, He was so helpful in the sense that he listened to me and tried to understand my frustration - I came to him with the same problem, not being able to find a gynecologist for my maternity needs on KeyCare Start. He tried calling everyone on the list too and nothing. He told me he found a gynecologist but I will have to do Co-payments as this doctor/specialist chargers above the Discovery rate. But my problem is, how is this my problem that there are no Gynecologist on the Keycare Start Network? This shouldn't be something I should be worrying about because I pay for a medical service that has a list of gynecologist I can use but then they are not on the network when I call. This is so ********* and dirty. When I signed up for this plan nowhere in any of your terms and conditions states that there are no Gynecologist for KeyCare start. I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO PAY A CO-PAYMENT BECAUSE THERE ARE SUPPOSE TO BE GYNECOLOGIST AVAILABLE TO ME.
