Massive System Error

On the 6th Jan 2016 , I picked up my chronic meds from my pharmacy. He put the claim online to discovery and it wen threw as normal. I also bought vitamins from Clicks , a different pharmacy around the same tym, Clicks put the claim threw and it went threw as normal. I got the usual email a day later saying the pharmacies will be paid on a certain day , around the 10th or so of Jan 2016. Everthing going normal until Saturday 6th Feb2016.<br> <br> My pharmacist foned me and told me that those claims that were approved online on the 6th jan 2016 were reversed. The postive and negatives dont add up. Its the first tym he seen this. Error message just says claim adjustment on my profile. Also checked online and seen the claim from Clicks were also reversed. Called call centre, call centre says that only the pharmacies can reverse claim. Pharmacy says they never reverse claim. Claims were never paid to them, What is going on, this is History in the making.
