it has been a nightmare dealing with getting a plan changed with them. No follow up, long wait in ques for getting through and then to be given the run around by the managers and complaints department. Monies were paid and they behave like ******* instructing you to pay and all we will sorted immediately payment is received. Unfortunately the staff disappeared never followed up once payment was made. Complaints dept did nothing about request to submit the proof of my conversations
