My medicine has now run out. I will be dead by this evening. No one called me back. I have made provision in my will for R2 million to be spent on charging Adrian Gore with gross negligence over my death. A medical aid that aggressively ******s it's own customers...welcome to the new south africa....I won't miss it! Also thanks to Bonnie the tele sales rep who told me her manager was going to call me over an hour ago...thanks for lying to me and being part of the reason that I took my own life!

Also thanks for the call I just received from Discovery threatening to kill me for publishing disparaging comments about your company. I am already going to die from lack of medication, why threaten my life again? Don't you think this is overkill?

Zuhra said I would get a call back within 5 minutes. I have now been on hold for more than 10. No I know why she let rip with all that ****** abuse....because she knew she would never speak to me again!

I spoke to Tumi. Another highly abuse Tele-sales rep. She couldn't answer any of my questions and couldn't put me through to Medexpress to assist with my query. Is there a single competent person who works at Discovery? I haven't met them yet....

Discovery Health....the ANC of medical Aids. The latest manager I am speaking to is Crishina....she has also put me on hold?!?!?!?!?!

The level of abuse I have taken from these tele sales people today is extraordinary! How are these people not in jail?

Still have not received my Insulin order. Received the balance of my order, but not the insulin which I needed urgently. I will not survive the night without my Insulin. This is for record purposes only to show that discovery ******ed me through their negligence, in case anyone wants to know the reason. Didn't deliver chronic medication to me for 2 months! Discovery Health...the ******ERS!

still no medicine delivered. Now Discovery (in the form of the latest *********** team leader, Roosa Moodley) are trying to blame the lack of delivery on Dischem. Discovery literally have no shame...nor competence! I have been waiting 2 months for this delivery which was promised to me urgently 3 days ago?! What do these Discovery employees even do every day? Please escalate this query as the 2 dozen people I have spoken to in the last week have absolutely no idea what they are doing!

They promised me this medication urgently 3 days ago. Almost a week later I have not received it. When I said I would die if I didn't receive the medication today I was told , and I quote ' Members dying does not concern us. If our negligence causes your death? Even better!'
