Malakanipho Mthethwa - The Discovery Health Champion.

I called Discovery in a bit of stress trying to sort out my quote for hospital. I am very happy to have received the help of the extremely well spoken Malakanipho Mthethwa. He opened up very politely, had me laughing and calmed down really quick. He then proceeded to help me in fine detail and resolve the entire situation efficiently.

I decided to write this review because I have never had someone so helpful and cheerful on the other end of the phone, you'd get the idea he has some sort of experience as a guest relations manager in a 5 star hotel or something similar. (5 Star hotel manager out there?)

I hope Discovery acknowledges this and makes him head of department (PLEASE) because I feel this man will one day be sitting in the CEO office.
