Make Medical Aid Company choice legal in the corporate workplace

This is the worst company to deal with in the corporate field. Absolute lack of transparency. Lower income plan members mean nothing to them. They boast to be the best Medical Scheme in South Africa, but this is only because they are a tech savvy company who cares about the bells and whistles. Actual people don't belong in their world. They don't care about anybody's opinions. You are coerced into being a Discovery member if you want a decent job. My history with Discovery Health since 2003 has only gone downhill. I have had comparative plans with another medical aid, who even offers custom plan types which I found far more competitive than DH. Then their refund waiting period is atrocious upon cancelling from their scheme. Unemployed, zero income and having to wait 6 months (5 months after cancellation) to pay rent/food/school fees (enter whatever necessary expenses here). It's time people should be able to legally choose their schemes when working in the corporate world.
