My son had a sport related injury . The gp activated the sport related injury . My son whent to two sessions of physio and DISCOVERY only paid a minimum ammount for the claim. After my first query to why i'm not only paying a copayment of R110 as stated,they mention that they did wrongly processed the claim and that they will do it again. I've sent numerous emails to health info and the person in charge Mr MUJEEB. NO ANSWER TILL NOW.

DISCOVERY MUST BE MORE EFFICIENT ON PAYING THE CLAIMS,AT LEAST AS FAST AS YOU SUSPEND MENBERS COVER IF THEY ARE ONE DAY LATE.
