Madiga-discovery ignoring my request to courier membership card

I spoke to Madiga today at 07:53am requesting membership card and car stickers to be courier to me instead she said I must download the membership from their app. If u wanted that I could have done it already. And it is none of my business that they chose to post instead of courier. I need the membership card and car stickers delivered to my work address asap
