I was at the casualty at Garden City. My daughter suffers from epilepsy and had an episode. The Dr wants to admit her and we cannot as the Medical aid Discovery is not giving auth. I can understand if they said pay the ER consulting room account. Admission gets paid from the risk benefit so why are they unable to assist me with auth. We have been requesting since 1.15. Its now 2.32 and still no feedback. So I need to take my daughter home in the state that she is and wIt until we receive auth. This is a flippen joke I tell you. Why is there not anyone available at this hour . If admission depends on them then why is there nobody working or should 1 only get sick during the day
