Lying *****s of Medical Aid

Most pathetic Medical Aid ever....Since Jul we stuggle to be members of this medical aid....I have sent emails to the CEO, I have sent emails to the managers, I have talked to basically everyone in the Discovery Centre, explaining what is going on. Then they said there is an amount outstanding which we have paid, but still nothing. There is even money subtracted from my bank account and still no success and no membership.
