I've never met a company so out to ***** over their clients.

Giving approvals and retracting them, i'm unable to get a clear answer out of them. Trying everything they can to make me lose hope and just give up. How can an infection possibly have to do with any pre-existing conditions.

Refusing service simply because they can and nobody will give you a clear answer. Just no, we won't give you what we committed to.
