Low plan medical plans are not helped

I pay my membership every month on Essentail Delta Saverplan I got my doctor to motivate monthly meds to chronic or at least some of them. I got a reply from them, a Dr N Nematswerani who states I have menopausal symptoms not chronic. I am 80 years old-have osteoporosis, osteoarthritis & high BP. If you are not on the classic comprehensive or premium plan then they cant help but can buy a bldg for 3 billion!
