After being transferred a few times to the incorrect ppl, I was finally assisted by Shivani from the Digital support team - such a lovely sweet young lady. A joy to be helped by- well done on a great staff member!

Unfortunately once I got to Alisa the call cut before I gave her my info so I couldn't get my benefit activated.
