Lost my wife and now accounts pile up

My wife was hospitalized for 2 months plus and had to go to theatre a few times as she had sepsis. Now i get invoices on a lot of accounts that was not paid for example 2 x accounts of Hauman ammounts R11642 and R2865 And also cardio dr jordaan ammount R2179. 40 can someone please explain why is this not paid. I have been a member for years and now i am feeling that they leave me in my darkest hour and i lost my wife as well asshe passed away.
