Lost my trust in Discovery

What a ridiculous system!!!

My husband is stuck in Mexico for 3 weeks after an terrific accident. He is in a wheelchair with severe injuries he cNt do anything for him self. We have travel insurance with INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL DISCOVERY with them clearly status repatriation.

When dealing with the people from discovery the one say something and the other one something else.

Its a mission to get my husband back home. He is n nerve ball trying to work through the trauma and nobody can get him back home as soon as possible.

I have to send all documents over and over and over to different people working on this case.

This is negligence and disappointing i pay my premium every month but they try every loophole the can get.

I don’t know what to do any more
