Losing hope

I was so happy with Discovery and always brag about my medical aid. They are friendly people, quick service and very user friendly.

Although, Friday morning 1/11/2019 2am I was rushing to the ER because of extreme pain in my stomach and my back. I was on 3 drips to stop the pain, blood tests, x-ray and sonar.... Discovery was fine with all this happening untin the doctor send them motivation that my gallbladder needed to be removed. Then they refused authorization. After numerous doctors called and numerous letters discovery still refused authorization. I was on a drip from 2 am till 8pm.

The doctor had to send me home with a prescription in the hope that nothing happens until Monday.

I still have hope Discovery will come through.
