Long waits for vaccine "appointments"

If you know your venue and you've had a bunch of practice then why does an "appointment" for 9 mean a 90 minute queue with hundreds of unvaccinated.

The worst part is that so many people got straight away walking in at government facilities.

I'm paying for parking and I had to drive further to this location...

Paying to pay and wait.
