Login Profile Showing some Emploer Number All of a Sudden

Since yesterday I have been battling to get into my profile as it refers to em as follows, ''YOU ACTING ON BEHLF OF ; PAUL J DE STADLER). I have explained this to Ranita and Amanda and put through from department to another and cant seem to get sorted out. Waiting for ever for a manager to assit and hold on for ever and ever so had to cut call as I have been on the work phone for monutes now, ridiculous.
