Literally, sick & tired means nothing!

I have been trying to get a refund from Discovery for claims that go as far back as 6 months. Despite having the authorisation for the treatment and paying the practitioner, pathology and pharmacy upfront, I have still not been reimbursed. I have contacted their call centre by phone, on the app and via e-mail to no avail. I logged a complaint online under their reference *** on Sunday (22/10/2023) and to date I have not had the courtesy of a response. Shocking service for the amount that is paid to them monthly for our plan.

Still not acceptable and the claims are being rejected once again. Discovery holds you to ransom because they know what the market out there is like and how important medical aid is to have.
