Listening is vital thank you

So yesterday I complained about the tedious process on getting authorization to see my specialist gynaecologist and Discovery rep**** that they are looking into the matter and would get back to me, by 9 o'clock this morning no one called me from Discovery all I got was an email stating we did not receive the necessary documentation from your GP. So I called Discovery and what a pleasant experience I had someone who actually listened and showed interest in what I needed. YURISHA NAIDOO YOU ARE A GEM AND HOPE THAT DISCOVERY SEES THIS, I was at a point of becoming totally irate but you managed to erase all of that by just listening THANK YOU and may you blessed always.
