LISTED ON ITC, WITHOUT NOTIFICATION OF BILL.UNFAIR

Good Day<br> <br> I left discovery med aid last year novermber, and I WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF R1000 that I owed, now suddently on the 13 of July I get a sms saying I have been listed on ITC for failure to pay a mere R1000. I have not received any of the notifiication that they claim to have sent. Discovery says they sent letters to an address that I no longer reside at so clearly i havent seen these letters. I know the the law requires they take reasonable steps to contact me which they have clearly failed to do since they have my active cellphone number and I have not received any notification else I would have settled the amount, I mean its only a R1000 why would i not pay and now claim i didnt know about it.<br> <br> This is wrong and dissapointing from Discovery.<br> <br>
