Lip service

This is not a complaint, it more a continuation of an earlier unresolved complaint:

I am a stats person. If I look at 18408 reviews, 13490 of which are 1-star reviews, and an additional 3255 2-

star reviews, thus a total of 16745 out of 18408 (a staggering 90.97%) being sub-par, it makes me wonder: are all of these people wrong? Is this indicative of a healthy medical aid?

I maintain what I said to Discovery - on paper they are brilliant, but unfortunately the paper they are written on is worth less than toilet paper. They only pay lip service, and in practice they are very far removed from what their "precious" papers say.

I am investigating alternatives and can't wait to move. Maybe if they feel the loss of 16745 members they will start to get of their self-appointed thrones and listen to the people whose best interests they are supposed to have at heart.
