Limited reimbur*****t after maxilla fracture

I early August this year, and fractured my maxilla. In order to repair the damage, I needed various procedures done. However, Discovery does not pay the entire amount, as they view it as dental, even after a report from the specialist treating me. If I fractured my arms and needed a bone transplant, they would pay for everything, but because I fractured my maxilla, and needed a bone transplant, they view it dental with very limited payments.
