LIFE THREATENING DISEASE REGISTRATION DELAY
I submitted a request via email on MONDAY 16/09/2019 for registration on a CONFIDENTIAL programme. Apart from the application being misplaced or filed as completed - I was promised an outcome yesterday!!! Today being Friday, I still have not had an outcome. Numerous lengthy phone calls to Discovery with holding times of half an hour - DISGUSTING PATHETIC service for the leading medical aids in the country.
