Life saving chemo delayed

I have been diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer that requires urgent treatment. I have escalated the claim with discovery and it's past the response time and I am still waiting. I have been with discovery for 25 years and I am so disappointed in the lack of regard for my life!
