LIFE OR DEATH SITUATIONS DOES NOT MATTER TO DISCOVER

This is absolute pathetic service form Discovery. I told my daughter not to join them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are still awaiting auth no. All the PMA forms was received at discovery to do investigation if no info was withheld. Yesterday someone contact my daughter and stated that they did not receive the PMA forms from Dr Heinz. On phoning Dr Heynz the forms was send and discovery even send a ref no. I spoke to discovery now and apparently the department doint the investigation has all documentation now. An now - ha, ha, ha, there is another waiting period of 16 hours (Mind you for a critical mater, a life and death situation, but it does not seem to bother discovery). Can this matter please be treated as URGENT by an ANGEL???????????????????????????
